The dynamics that have characterized a notable speed inherent in an epochal change in several Middle Eastern countries, the speed with which the Gulf countries have operated, in addition to an openness towards the projects of the Western world that has been underway for some time, a perspective of modern synergy and cooperation between peoples in the field of culture, mutual aid and sensitivity for sustainable programs,

have made it possible to move the consciences of citizens, women and men with the will to "do" that, in addition to the excellent work carried out by individual governments in the field of international cooperation, has given rise to the creation of a Working Group composed of figures from the world of associations, cooperation, investors, the world of TV and the media of the Arab and Western world.

The Working Group that we intend to present was born and will operate within the International Council for Relations and Projects Europe and Arab Country, constituting itself on the principles of friendly collaboration in the name of the common good.

 European International Council for Relations and Projects Europe and Arab Country will be based in Europe and has, through the network that has allowed the structuring of the project itself, active and functioning offices that have been producing projects for a long time, in all the countries involved.

And it is with these principles that we would like to create projects that can give the possibility to all people to express their abilities, to represent their attitudes with the help of supranational institutions such as the European Parliament and the Regional Institutions where to place the various projects, with the involvement of the media such as MBC which has expressed interest in publicizing the activities aimed at collaboration between apparently different cultures but linked by feelings and roots inextricably linked and common.

And it is precisely for this reason that we have decided to start a process that sees the presentation of the cooperation model at the Partners Istitutional where a dialogue can be established for projects of common interest such as energy, sustainable projects, the redevelopment of historical heritage, real estate and the promotion of dialogue between peoples for the rediscovery of those common roots that are the founding elements for coexistence, mutual aid and therefore Peace.

And that is why, in light of the enthusiasm that this project has aroused in the various people who have decided to commit themselves to give their best contribution and to improve ourselves together through a lasting work program.
