Emanuele Caruso

Project Director 

At the head of the Project, the Working Group has decided to appoint a figure with great experience trained in the field of International Cooperation. Emanuele Caruso has directed cooperation offices in North Africa and the Middle East on behalf of International Institutions and Organizations, leading delegations and signing memoranda of understanding for development areas, structuring cooperation operations in problematic areas receiving various awards, providing risk analysis dossiers and prevention of crisis factors aimed at the success of public utility interventions developed by the organizations involved in development programs. He represents the Department before institutions, authorities, and relevant offices. He manages internationalization plans and maintains relationships with Arab partners and institutions.


Ibrahim Yassine

Middle East and Gulf General Manager

Administrator of Procure Contracting exercises the operational role in the internationalization programs in Saudi Arabia, dealing with the placement of companies, issuing licenses and guidance in the field of works and supplies in industrial countries in Arab countries. He is qualified in the operations related to oil and gas plants and the search for partners in the field of investments in the industrial and commercial sectors. 


Marco Iacoboni

An electronic engineer with a PhD in Neurophysiology, he has accumulated extensive experience both at a technical and human level. He has already had several international mandates covering different roles in North Africa. For years he has been dealing with energy and everything related to the world of energy efficiency and electricity and gas supplies. He is often employed with his team for the construction of low energy impact homes.


Vittorio Giardino

A poliedric engineer and inventor with a strong background in a global EPC company, he has worked across more than 60 countries, delivering tailored turnkey solutions in energy, water, defense, and aerospace sectors. As founder of Lacta, he holds patents for systems that enhance dairy production chains, developing innovative production methods and facilities to boost the technical performance, profitability, and environmental sustainability of dairy products. He is also an expert in certification processes, patents, and the design of projects, machinery, and facilities aimed at maximizing technological efficiency. In addition, he serves as a cooperation ambassador, acting as a key liaison at major events and organizing meetings to facilitate project financing with stakeholders and investors.

Giuseppe Negro

Expert in the field of organization, management of resources of the Work Group. Head of the commercial sector. Expert in the precious sector. Dedicated to the management of the organizational secretariat of the newly established structure in an associative form, data management and documentation

SERVICE OF COOPERATION

The Structure proposes plans and services to make Cooperation between Organizations fluid and viable


Including:


Promotion  Organizzations (Public and Private) and Institutions in the development of social and economic relationsthrough the exchange of information, the management of safety and logistics during travel, the sharing of common objectives and the planning of a collective path aimed at increasing the respective quality standards of operations abroad; 
Facilitate Organizzations, Companies and institutions in the natural processes of internationalization towards areas at higher risk,so as not to miss the great opportunities that these countries have to offer, with particular sensitivity to the complex issues relating to social programs;
Facilitate companies and institutions in cross-border and transnational institutional paths, providing logistics and security solutions, risk analysis and operational support;
Facilitate Organizzations, Companies and institutions in the scouting phases for foreign opportunities, guaranteeing seriousness and lawfulnessof the actors involved, filtering foreign partners and bodies in a synergistic and transparent approach;
Coordinate a growing number of delegations, missions, inspections and project exchanges between countries, with total dedication to guaranteeing, optimizing and pursuing the highest protection of parners activity,  active abroad and foreign support personnel, to accompany companies and institutions in their activities of cooperation;
Promote the "Europe System" in a concrete foreign development of real market penetration,supporting all phases of cooperation, in synergy with local operators and according to the same profiles to develop productive activities. 

European International Council is committed to the role of "bridge" between the realities of the Mediterranean Basin, intent on promoting a direct connection between the subjects operating in the economic-productive panorama of the member countries. In concert with the institutions, cooperation bodies, trade

associations and confederations, it has organized technical tables, promoted and signed political and economic cooperation protocols (such as  Free Zone).

Development of investments between the MED countries, promoting the opportunities offered by the respective markets:

• Strengthening relations between European companies and those of the Mediterranean Basin both to encourage new business relationships and to exercise diplomatic political dialogue; 

• Support for the activities of companies in the Euro-Mediterranean area, with a criterion of mutual assistance and support in resolving problems arising from the logistical and administrative issues of particular areas;

• Development and promotion of activities intended to facilitate and support know-how transfer paths;

There are therefore two lines of action for " Europe operations"; connected in its diversification between agreements with Italian institutions and agreements with foreign institutions for the recruitment and operational management of volunteer staff and related promotion and remuneration methods;

• The second concerns the management of relationships with public and private Organizzations and  companies in one approach B to B which concerns the working group constituting a mixed Arab and European in its diversification among the opportunity scouting activities in foreign countries and related management of all phases for the awarding of orders;

• How and why the Group is able to find opportunities in foreign countries, what its local contacts are, by virtue of which companies dialogue with foreign institutions is possible, remains the exclusive prerogative of the Group itself;

The two lines of action for "Euopean operations", although they may experience moments of communion, remain in fact separate and autonomous, in the sense that one can proceed in its development without influence the other.

The Working Group can manage other logistical and safety activities for personnel in transit in Europe and Arab country, such as arrival and transport, accommodation and travel for the duration of the projects.


Europe International Council is able to start up dedicated Offices that can incubate European and regional subsidized projects by structuring a management composed of qualified figures in the political and cooperation, legal and economic fields.

Including the creation dedicated to specific projects, of a data processing center, a team for the analysis of geopolitical and economic factors for the success of International Cooperation programs.
